Scope of this policy
This policy describes how Wildbend Funding Group ("Wildbend", "we") handles information collected through wildbendfundinggroup.com, through the request form on the site, and by phone, email and text message in connection with a funding request. It applies to information about business owners and their businesses. It does not apply to the websites or agreements of funding partners, which have their own policies.
Information you give us
When you use the request form, you provide:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Company name (optional)
- The time-in-business band you choose
- The annual revenue band you choose
- The requested amount band you choose
- Whether you consent to calls and messages
If you call or text us, we also keep what you tell us about your business and the funding need, such as what the money is for and when it is needed. If a funding partner later asks for documents, such as bank statements or tax returns, you may send them to the partner directly or through us, and they are handled under this policy while in our hands.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the site and its hosting provider receive technical information when pages load, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the time of the visit. The request form is provided by an outside form service, which may collect similar technical information and set its own cookies when the form loads.

We do not sell the information you provide in a request form.
Text messages

How long information is kept
We keep request information for as long as needed to respond to the request, to keep reasonable business records, and to meet legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including an encrypted connection for the website and the form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send full account numbers or Social Security numbers by email or text.
Your choices
- You may ask which details we hold about you and have errors corrected.
- You can ask us to delete your request information, subject to records we must keep.
- You can stop text messages by replying STOP, and ask us to stop calls or emails at any time.
